Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Preble County, Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1104 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area,
especially near West Alexandria. Between 3 and 4 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Eaton, West Alexandria and Wheatville. This includes areas
along Bantas Fork and Twin Creek.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
