* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing.
* WHERE...Northwestern Monroe County in east central Ohio...
Central Noble County in east central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is ongoing and may be slow to ease.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1103 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain totaling
2 to 3 inches in the warned area resulted in flooding in the
area, notably between Belle Valley and Caldwell. Additional rain
of up to 0.5 inches may maintain the flooding impacts a while
longer before risks ease.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Caldwell, Summerfield, Belle Valley, Lewisville, Sarahsville,
Miltonsburg and Wolf Run State Park.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
