* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties, in south central Ohio, Highland, Pike and Ross. * WHEN...Until 945 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 733 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hillsboro, Waverly, Piketon, Lynchburg, Marshall, Sardinia, Bainbridge, Cynthiana, Kincaid Springs, Pike Lake, Highland Holiday, Rocky Fork Point, Belfast, Russell, New Market, Mowrystown, Sinking Spring, Paint Creek State Park, Rainsboro and Rocky Fork Lake.
