Description:
At 701 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across
the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Lancaster, Logan, Bremen, Hide-A-Way Hills, Starr, Royalton,
Amanda, Murray City, Sugar Grove, Enterprise, Rockbridge, Lake
Logan State Park, Hideaway Hills, North Berne, Gibisonville,
Ilesboro, Union Furnace, Clearport and Haydenville.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
