Description:
At 412 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Circleville,
moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to
vegetation.
Locations impacted include...
Chillicothe, Circleville, Kingston, Hocking Hills State Park, Logan
Elm Village, Amanda, Stoutsville, Laurelville, Adelphi, Tarlton,
East Ringgold, Andersonville, Gibisonville, Whisler, and South
Bloomingville.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT for
central Ohio.
