At 403 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Delaware, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Locations impacted include... Delaware, Marysville, Powell, Sunbury, Ashley, New California, Radnor, Milford Center, Shawnee Hills, Galena, Ostrander, Magnetic Springs, Alum Creek State Park, Delaware State Park, Olive Green, Warrensburg, Kilbourne, and Columbus Zoo. This includes I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 123 and 138. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for central Ohio.
