* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Lorain. In northeast Ohio, Cuyahoga. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 722 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cleveland, Lorain, Elyria, Vermilion, Parma, Strongsville, Westlake, North Royalton, North Ridgeville, Avon Lake, Amherst, North Olmsted, Avon, Parma Heights, Rocky River, Brook Park, Berea, Fairview Park, Middleburg Heights and Bay Village. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
