* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties, in southwest Ohio, Brown and Clermont. * WHEN...Until 830 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 554 PM EDT, radar indicated that thunderstorms had produced 1.5 to 2.5 inches of rain across the advisory area, and several roads are closed due to high water. Minor flooding is continuing. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Bethel, Hamersville, New Hope, Locust Ridge, Sardinia, Georgetown, Russellville, Lake Waynoka, Feesburg, Fincastle, and Saltair.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. To report flooding, go to our website at weather.gov/iln and submit your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
