A Typhoon Warning continues for Guam and Rota. A Tropical storm warning and a Typhoon Watch continue for Tinian and Saipan. A Flood Watch is in effect for all of Guam and the Northern Marianas. At 8 PM ChST...the center of Tropical Storm Champi (29W) was located near latitude 11.6N...longitude 152.1E. This was about 510 miles east-southeast of Guam. Storm motion was west, 275 degrees, at 13 mph. Storm intensity was 60 mph. .SITUATION OVERVIEW... TS Champi continues to head toward Guam.
