* Until 1145 AM ChST.
* At 1050 AM ChST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Dandan, Koblerville, Chalan Kanoa I, San Antonio, Chalan Kanoa II,
Chalan Kanoa III, Kagman, Chalan Kanoa IV, Kagman III, Gualo Rai,
Afetnas, Chalan Piao, Chalan Laulau, Chalan Kiya, San Jose (Oleai),
As Lito, I Liyang and Kannat Tabla.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
