Description:
At 624 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 6
miles south of Lansford to 6 miles southeast of Minot, or along a
line from 22 miles north of Minot to 6 miles southeast of Minot,
moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Minot, Minot Air Force Base, Burlington, Surrey, Glenburn, Sawyer,
Lansford, Des Lacs, Foxholm, Rice Lake, Logan, Grano and Wolseth.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds.
