Description:
At 733 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles northeast
of North Lemmon, or 32 miles east of Hettinger, moving southeast at
30 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of Southwestern Grant, Western Sioux and East
Central Adams Counties.
Instruction:
Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
dangerous hail and damaging winds.
