Description:
At 908 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles south of
Pingree, or 16 miles northwest of Jamestown, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Jamestown, Buchanan, Pingree, Eldridge and Windsor.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
