Description:
At 453 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 10
miles northeast of Wilton to 12 miles north of Mandan, or along a
line from 33 miles north of Mandan to 12 miles north of Mandan,
moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Wilton, Baldwin, Price, Sanger and Cross Ranch State Park.
Instruction:
Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. These storms have produced widespread
damaging winds and large hail.
