* WHERE...Much of southwestern and all of south central North Dakota,
including the James River Valley.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Conditions should gradually improve over the
next couple hours.
Instruction:
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
