* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 841 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.

Rugby, Rolette, Balta, Wolford, Barton, Barton City, Shell
Valley, Berwick, Mylo, Overly, Nanson, Thorne and Silva.

Instruction:
