Description:
At 538 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 13 miles west of
Pickens, or near Devils Fork State Park, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines.
Locations impacted include...
Rosman, Salem, Jocassee Gorges, Lake Jocassee, Devils Fork State
Park, Gorges State Park, Keowee Toxaway State Park, Table Rock State
Park, Bad Creek, and Rocky Bottom.
Instruction:
