Description:
At 742 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 miles southwest of Huntersville to 10 miles
northwest of Gastonia to 4 miles north of Shelby, moving southeast at
40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
Locations impacted include...
Gastonia, Shelby, Central Charlotte, Kings Mountain, Mt Holly,
Belmont, Cherryville, Bessemer City, South Gastonia, and Clover.
