* WHAT...Heat index values up to 107 are expected through early this
evening, and again Thursday.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast North Carolina and northeast South
Carolina.
* WHEN...For today's Heat Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For
Thursday's Heat Advisory, from 11 AM to 7 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
