At 509 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northwest of
Statesville, or 5 miles northeast of Stony Point, moving east at 20
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines.

Statesville, Stony Point, Harmony, Love Valley, Hiddenite,
Turnersburg, Olin, Scotts, and Cool Springs.
