Description:
At 457 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles southwest of Hickory, or near Icard, moving southwest at 10
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Valdese, Connelly Springs, Rutherford College, Icard, Lake Rhodhiss,
Pleasant Grove, Cooksville, Vale, and Propst.
Instruction:
