Description:
At 400 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
South River, or 16 miles west of Cedar Island, moving south at 20
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
South River, North River, Merrimon, Sealevel, Davis, Williston, Open
Grounds Farm, Stacy, and Bettie.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
