Description:
At 421 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Belhaven, or 21 miles east of River Road. This thunderstorm was
nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Belhaven, Sladesville, Scranton, Pamlico Beach, Leechville,
Winsteadville, Rose Bay, Sidney Crossroads, and Sydney Crossroads.
Instruction:
