Description:
At 430 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles west of Hatteras Ferry Terminal, or 13 miles west of Frisco,
moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Frisco, Buxton, Hatteras Ferry Terminal, and Cape Hatteras
Lighthouse.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
