Description:
At 1141 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Warsaw, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Wallace, Warsaw, Rose Hill, Bowdens, Kenansville, Harrells, Sarecta,
Magnolia, Greenevers, and Teachey.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM EDT for
eastern North Carolina.
