Description:
At 940 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Goldsboro to near La Grange to near Pleasant
Hill. Movement was east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Kinston, La Grange, Grifton, Snow Hill, Deep Run, Dawson, Graingers,
Institute, Jason, Maury, Ormondsville, Pleasant Hill, Wyse Fork,
Lizzie, Kinston Regional Jetport, Pink Hill, Hookerton, Dover, Sandy
Bottom, and Castoria.
Instruction:
