* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...East Central Brunswick County in southeastern North
Carolina...
South Central New Hanover County in southeastern North Carolina...
* WHEN...Until 545 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 454 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Snows Cut, South Masonboro Island,
Boiling Spring Lakes, Mill Creek, Sea Breeze, Silver Lake, Myrtle
Grove, Brunswick County Community College Main Campus and
Bolivia.
