Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Anson County. * WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 722 PM EDT, The widespread heavy rainfall has ended. Continued drainage of storm waters will continue the risk for minor flooding. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wadesboro, Ansonville, Polkton, Lilesville, Morven, Peachland, McFarlan, White Store and Blewett Falls Lake.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
