* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southern Rowan County in the piedmont of North Carolina...
* WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 726 AM EDT, After a 2 to 3 inch rainfall early this morning
around greater Salisbury, developing flooding of area streams and
creeks is likely. Watch for the typically flooding of low-lying
areas along Grants and Town Creeks. Localized urban and type and
poor draining flooding around Salisbury is expected as well.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Salisbury, China Grove, Spencer, Granite Quarry, Rockwell, Faith
and High Rock Lake.
