Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Forsyth county in central NC.
* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 114 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will
cause urban and small stream flooding. Around 0.5 inch of
rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Winston-Salem, High Point, Kernersville, Clemmons,
Lewisville, Walkertown, Rural Hall, Sedge Garden,
Stanleyville, Pfafftown, Belews Creek and Belews Lake.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
