* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Cumberland, Harnett, Johnston and Sampson. * WHEN...Until 845 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 535 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, Dunn, Godwin, Pope AFB, Spring Lake, Erwin, Eastover, Newton Grove, Wade, Falcon, Linden, Spivey's Corner, Vander, Hobbton and Bonnie Doone. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
