* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Essex County New York and portions of central and southern
Vermont.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- 1-3 inches of rain has fallen so far with additional totals
of around an inch expected. While the flood threat is
decreasing, isolated flash flooding remains possible through
the evening.
