* WHEN...From this evening to tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, There is about a foot of water on low
parts of Route 30.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 4.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this evening to a crest of 13.0 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow
morning.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
