Southeastern Schenectady County in east central New York... * Until 1100 AM EDT. * At 740 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain in Road closures reported by Albany County 911 in New Scotland and Vorheesville. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Albany, Schenectady, Rotterdam, Scotia, Delmar, Guilderland, Niskayuna, Duanesburg, Voorheesville, Altamont, East Glenville, Alplaus, Feura Bush, New Scotland, Princetown, Fullers, Guilderland Center, Parkers Corners, Fort Hunter and Dunnsville.
