extending from near Guilford to near Milan, moving southeast at 50
mph.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

Binghamton, Vestal, Johnson City, Endicott, Norwich, Kirkwood,
Conklin, Maine, Rush, and Sidney.
