* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast New York, including the following
county, Putnam.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 332 PM EDT, a National Weather Service meteorologist
reported flooding around Brookside Drive in Continental
Village from Canopus Creek.
- Additional showers and thunderstorms into this afternoon have
the potential to prolong the flooding within the advisory
area.

Fahnestock State Park.
