* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by heavy rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast New York, including the following county, Suffolk. * WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 156 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Riverhead, Shirley, Manorville, Middle Island, Wading River, Center Moriches, Mattituck, Southampton, Westhampton, Mastic, Rocky Point, Mastic Beach, Calverton, Yaphank, Shinnecock Hills, Peconic, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Hampton Bays, Ridge and East Moriches. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
