* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico... West Central El Paso County in western Texas... * WHEN...Until 945 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 846 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... West El Paso, Santa Teresa and Sunland Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
