Description:
At 413 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles west of
Watrous, or 14 miles northeast of Las Vegas, moving northeast at 30
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Watrous and Golondrinas.
This includes the following highways...
State Road 518 near Mile Marker 8. Interstate 25 between Mile Markers
353 and 365...and near Mile Marker 366.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.
Motorists can expect brief but sudden changes in visibility and
ponding of water on roadways as storms move through the area.
