Description:
At 455 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles northeast
of Jicarilla, or 15 miles south of Corona, moving north at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of North Central Lincoln County.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
