At 738 PM MDT, Thunderstorms have ended around Waterloo, but runoff
will likely continue to affect Seventy-Six Draw for the next hour or
so.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

crossings, as well as other poor drainage and low-lying
areas.
