Valley, Southwest Desert/Mimbres Basin, and Upper Gila River Valley
Counties.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to midnight MDT Friday Night.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
