* WHERE...Curry County and Roosevelt County.
* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to midnight MDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways.
