* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Lower Rio Grande Valley.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT early this morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds have been observed consistently
at Socorro tonight, some blowing gust may be occurring as well, at
times reducing visibility.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
