Description:
At 323 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 15
miles southeast of Hagerman, or 35 miles southeast of Roswell, moving
north at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of Central Chaves County.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
