Description:
At 645 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 21
miles west of Belen, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of West Central Valencia, Northern Socorro and
Southeastern Cibola Counties.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
