Description:
At 543 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles east of Marquez, or 21 miles northeast of Laguna Pueblo, moving
northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of Bernalillo, South Central Sandoval and
Northeastern Cibola Counties.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
