Description:
At 252 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles southeast of Abbott, or 23 miles southeast of Springer, moving
southeast at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of Northwestern Harding and Southeastern Colfax
Counties.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
