Description:
At 1224 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles southwest of Tierra Monte, or 14 miles south of Mora, moving
east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Sapello, Manuelitas and Rociada.
This includes State Road 518 near Mile Marker 10...and between Mile
Markers 12 and 15.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
