Description: 
At 503 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6 miles northwest of Watrous, or 18 miles southeast of Mora, and is stationary. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Watrous, Valmora, Golondrinas and Rainsville. This includes Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 360 and 365...and between Mile Markers 366 and 373.
Instruction: 
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
